The Raccoon Twp Vol. Fire Department and the Vinisky family truly believe that the event of August 25th was nothing more than a tragic accident. The department and Dave's family stand behind our fellow firefighter, Frank Brocklebank. The department has set up a defense fund at the Sky Bank in the Green Garden Plaza.
